Make sure that your baby’s stomach is empty before bedtime

When it comes to feeding schedules, there isn’t necessarily a “right” way to do things. Some parents prefer to stick to a strict routine, while others are more flexible. However, there are a few things that you should keep in mind when creating a feeding schedule for your baby. 

First of all, you want to make sure that your baby is getting enough food. Young infants need to eat every two to three hours, and you should gradually increase the amount of time between feedings as they get older.
